The police want to question me, should I speak with them?
You should never speak to a police officer without first hiring an attorney. Even if the officer wants to just get your side of the story he might be looking to incriminate you. We have a successful track record of preventing filings by communicating with officers on behalf of our clients.
I’ve been given a date on a citation, do I need a lawyer?
YES! Just because you weren’t arrested and just given a ticket with a court date doesn’t mean you should go by yourself. You need a lawyer to advocate for your release out of custody on that court date.
Will my case be handled by actual attorneys?
Yes! Your case from start to finish will only be handled by attorneys and you will be given their direct line where you can contact them whenever you need status updates. Our attorneys personally handle your case in court.
How much does it cost to hire an attorney?
We’re a little bit different from other lawyers. What we’ve learned is that our clients like to get the best price upfront. Give me a call, talk to me directly, ask me questions about your case, and make sure I’m the right lawyer for you. I’ll then sit down with you and we’ll figure out a deal we can put together, I’ve never missed someone over price.
